This is the main benefit and reason why people get exercise bikes. Because they are so effective in getting you in shape. Whether you need to lose 15 pounds for your high school reunion, or you want to increase the muscle mass in your legs – cycling is a great way to achieve your goals.

- If you have only 45 minutes to work out – going to the gym is not an option in this case. After all, when you subtract your time spent driving, you’re going to end up with less than 10 minutes (or less!) of actual gym time.
Home exercise bikes are a great way to motivate yourself because you can do it at home. You won’t have to drive to a specific place to work out. No. You can just do it whenever you have the time.
